Fête Nationale Du Québec à Montréal
● Every year, the night before the national day of Québec, the 24th of June - also called St-Jean-Baptiste day - there is a parade in Montréal. This year was the first time the national day was on Thursday; therefore, the parade was held during the day, the same day. It was the smallest parade I have seen in past five years. The big concert at night, another event that happens every year, was also ruined because of a sudden thunder storm :-) Over all, this was the worst St. Jean-Baptiste since I have been in Montréal. The shot is from the parade in front of Notre-Dame Basilica and I chose it because of the church's shadow on the building beside it, somehow it looks weird.

Note: The link for Notre-Dame Basilica is definitely worth reading.
